Don Quixote's Leather Armor and Gauntlets

Armor was constructed by both machine and hand sewing the 3D armor pieces on to a power net base. Piece was then distressed and painted to the designer’s requirements.
 

 


 

Banquet Headdresses

Natural and artificial foliage sewn onto power net covered wire frames. Helmet bases were then installed to allow for dancing and extreme movement.

 

Additional headdress was created from antlers, fur and feathers sewn onto molded FossShape base

FossShape, metal filigree and gold-leafed flowers were hand sewn onto power net covered wire frames. Pieces are lightweight and include magnets for quick changes and movement. Earrings were added to wire framework to eliminate weight on actors’ ears during dancing and musical numbers
